One of the many great things about being a photographer is being able to do an impromptu family portrait which is what I wanted to do when I saw the cherry blossoms. One of the worst things about being a photographer is that I have this idea that I can be both photographer and subject-- nothing stresses me out more and this particular occasion I was on the brink of insanity (my poor abused husband). To add insult to injury this is the best "family portrait" I got. Grrrr... I will get that shot! Dang It!!
